The moneyer is the consul of 115. The macedonian shield celebrates the victory of the father of the moneyer in the year 148 over the ursuper Andriscus in Macedonia.
(After the conquest of Macedonia in 168 B.C. the country was divided into four autonomous regions. heavily taxes, let the greek revolting in 149 B.C. and supporting Andriscus, who pretended to be a grandson of Philipp V of Macedonia.
