     Gordian III, in military dress, standing right, holding transverse spear in right hand and globe in left hand.

1993.3.001 : Lugdunum - Musée et théâtres romains, gold, 9,77 gr (coin + jewelry), 36 mm, 1h.

Found in an archaeological excavation in 1992 in the Vaise Treasure (Lyon). This coins is continually presented in exhibition halls, in the showcase for the Vaise Treasure.
