Reverse: VOTA SVSCE-PTA DEC III, Antoninus Pius standing left, sacrificing with patera over tripod, left arm at side; COS IIII in exergue, S C across fields

Dark green-brown patina. This unusual bust type - laureate and cuirassed, seen from the front - is very seldom encountered on middle bronzes of this era. This coin is an unlisted and apparently unique variant of an already very rare type. Illustrated on wildwinds.com.
