Struck at the New Orleans mint. A well-circulated but wholesome lower-grade example with no major issues aside from natural circulation wear. There are just a few minor marks consistent with the grade level, but nothing worthy of calling a "problem".
I'd personally assess the grade on this coin to be G6.
