A lightly circulated example of this two-year type, which was struck for the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago in 1893. That event commemorated the 400th anniversary of Columbus' discovery of America in 1492, so some of these coins were dated 1892. However, the Exposition did not take place until 1893, which is the date on this coin. Both years of this type are relatively common, but the 1892 had a lower mintage.
I would estimate the grade on this piece to be somewhere between Choice Extremely Fine (XF45) to About Uncirculated (AU50).
