UNCERTAIN GERMANIC TRIBES. Pseudo-Imperial coinage. Mid-late 5th century AD. AR Half Siliqua (0.68 g, 6h). Imitating Leo I. [D]N LEO RC PRE[...] Λ[...], pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / SAL/REI/ΦYI within wreath; CONZ* in exergue. RIC X, p. 105 and cf. 650; cf. RSC 12†a and 12A. VF, find patina, flan crack.

The blundered legends, the blundered portrait, and the blundered mint mark, taken together, indicate that this is clearly not an official issue. Any more certain attribution is presently impossible.
