Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Septimius vis-à-vis draped bust of Domna; c/ms: laureate bust of Caracalla right (twice) / Hecate standing facing, head left, wearing calathus, holding patera and torch; at feet left, dog standing left, looking right. BMC 57. For c/ms: Howgego 84 (double struck). Brown patina, porosity, reverse die shift. Near VF.
