This is the more common, undated variant (circa 1989).
A white, Gem Mint State silver round portraying the Liberty Bell on one side and an American eagle on the other which is reminiscent of the one on the Seated Liberty coins from the 19th century.
This piece was produced by A-Mark Precious Metals. It has more of satin finish rather than being especially brilliant or prooflike. It is still bright white, however.
1 ounce, .999 fine. In a plastic capsule.
