Heinrich II von Rotteneck, Prince-Bishop of Regensburg (-1277-1296):

Heinrich II was the Bishop of the Bavarian city of Regensburg from 1277 until his death 19 years later. He is now mostly remembered for having launched the reconstruction of the Cathedral, which had burned in 1273. He funded the work by selling his land, as he was the only heir of Count Meinard von Rotteneck, his father.

The Duke shown on the reverse is probably Otto III (1261-1312), Duke of Lower Bavaria in 1290 and King of Hungary in 1305.

Reverse dies are often badly damaged for this type.
