End of Services for CollecOnline

Dear Collectors,

It is with deep regret that we inform you that CollecOnline is now in judicial liquidation.

For more than ten years—since the platform first went live at the end of 2014, followed by the creation of our company in 2020—we have poured our heart and passion into developing this platform. Over the years, CollecOnline has grown to become much more than just a tool: it has evolved into a true community of enthusiasts, collectors, and associations, all sharing the same desire to preserve and showcase their collections.

We have made every effort to keep this service online, including reinvesting personal funds at the end of 2024. Despite these efforts, however, the accumulated debts and the constant rise in hosting and service costs now force us to bring this journey to an end.

The site will remain accessible for a little while longer. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a precise closure date: the service may be suspended as soon as invoices remain unpaid with our providers. We therefore strongly encourage you to download your collections without delay, using the tools available:

• PDF and Excel extraction via the “Catalogues” menu

• Manual export of data from item sheets (texts, images, etc.)

• A dedicated Windows application to back up your entire collection: see the tutorial.

We understand that this announcement will be difficult for many of you. We would like to sincerely thank you for your trust, your engagement, and your loyalty over all these years. It is thanks to you that CollecOnline has been able to thrive for so long, and that together we have built a unique community united by a passion for collecting.

Should a solution emerge in the coming weeks or months (a buyer or a way to ensure continuity of service), we will notify you immediately.
