In Bulgaria “mine” usually uses in exploration-administrative term and not always coincides with the name of the ore deposit. In this case, Septemvri mine includes the following deposits: Sharenka, Baram, Mogilata, Osikovo, and Pechinsko.
It is important to know that there was a change in the name of this mine :
- from the beginning of exploration from 1953 to 1989 the name was Deveti Septemvri mine (9th of September mine in English);
- from 1989 until now – Septemvri mine (September mine in English).
