Rare and sought after obverse legend with the INVICTVS (invincible) title in combination with a very rare and highly desirable heroic bust with aegis (Greek: αιγίς aigís 'goatskin', Latin: aegis) - in Greek mythology, the shield of the god Zeus and goddess Athena made from the skin of the goat Amalthea. RIC V.2 misinterprets aegis for "square shield"). One of only a few known examples!
Rzadka, ceniona i poszukiwana tytulatura INVICTVS (niezwyciężony): VIRTVS PROBI INVICTI AVG[vsti] ("Męstwo niezwyciężonego Probusa Augusta") w połączeniu z bardzo rzadkim i poszukiwanym typem heroicznego popiersia z włócznią i egidą (gr. αιγίς aigís ‘kozia skóra’, łac. aegis) – w mitologii greckiej tarcza boga Zeusa i bogini Ateny zrobiona ze skóry kozy Amaltei).RIC V.2; błędnie opisuje egidę jako "kwadratową tarczę"). Jeden z zaledwie kilku znanych egzemplarzy!
