Septimius Severus. AR denarius, Emesa, 194 CE; 17mm, 3.43g, 12h. BMCRE W341 var (II COS)., RIC 366 var (same)., RSC 60 var (same). Obv: IMP CAE L SE–P SEV PERT AVG COS II; head laureate r. Rx: BONA–E – SPEI; Spes walking l., holding flower and raising hem of skirt. Very rare, 1 in Reka Devnia with II COS in obv. legend, none with COS II, as on this coin. VF.
