Front – in the middle of the coin is the image of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. Prince Petcharat Rajasuda Siri Sophavannawadi His Highness was dressed in Thai costumes. wearing a sash and a necklace of royal decorations of great honor Phra Angsa on the left is decorated with Rattanaphon coin, Rama 6, 1st floor, Rama 7 Rattanaphon coin, 1st floor, and Rama 9 Rattanaphon coin, 1st floor. Inside the rim of the coin above, there is the message that "Her Majesty Prince Petcharat Rajasuda Siri Sophavannawadi. 
On the reverse – the middle of the coin has the inscription “Phor Ror” under the royal crown. and there was a Buddha image, lotus flower and a ray of stars adorned all around. Inside the rim of the coin above, there is the message "Her Majesty's 80th Birthday, 24 November 2005", the bottom has the message saying the price "20 baht" and the message "Thailand", respectively.
