George Washington left with "God and Our Country " surrounding. This medal was probably produced in 1883 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the evacuation of the British from New York. There is this medal with the standard Lord's Prayer reverse and a second with an EVACUATION / CENTENNIAL / 1783 . 1883 reverse.
