The typological research of these coins carried out by A. Kędzierski gives strong grounds to indicate the mint in Kalisz as the place of their production and to attribute them to Sieciech - the palatine (voivode) of Duke Władysław Herman. Minted before 1097 y.
OBVERSE: straight irregular cross with large balls.
Pseudolegend
REVERSE: Knights' cross without signs. Typical of Sieciech's coins, a wide arc between the arms of the cross with three little points inside arc.
