Numerous coins of this type were minted in Saksony. However, there is no doubt that their youngest, dating from the turn of the 11th and 12th centuries, were mass-produced also in Poland. This coin represents CNP typ V according to the classification of M. Gumowski CNP. By authors of Inventar IV 29/49 minted in Greater Poland province after 1090 year.
AWERS: Patriarchal cross surrounded by pearls with two characteristic garlands.
Pseudolegend with three quite large balls, triangles and a dot in a circle.
REVERSE: Knight's cross with little crosses between the arms.
