Obverse: GALLIENVS AVG, radiate bust of Gallienus right
Reverse: APOLLO CONSERVA, Apollo standing facing, head right, with right hand resting on head and left holding lyre set on draped column

A rare type, toned and struck on a heavy flan. A good obverse portrait, though worn. The reverse features a particularly fine depiction of Apollo, god of music, in relaxed pose, with his characteristic lyre at hand.
