This exciting silver coin is the second item in the “Ancient Commanders” series. The given series is created in honor of the most outstanding conquerors of all times and ages. On this coin, the portrait of Hannibal Barca is represented.
Hannibal Barca was a great Carthaginian commander of the Second Punic War. He is famous for being a fearless leader and at the same time, a brilliant strategist. His victories and fightings were so spectacular that even today are considered to be the symbols of military success. One such event was his marching through the Alps with the army of 9,000 cavalry soldiers, 50,000 infantry soldiers, and 37 elephants. By the way, it is represented on the obverse of the coin. The reverse of the coin depicts the image of Hannibal Barca with a beautiful stone insert.
The coin features a beautiful hand-inserted cornelian decoration, has a wonderful design, and comes in an extraordinary display case. The mintage is limited to only 999 pieces for global distribution.
