- Create a New Object or Edit an Existing One:
- Visit the 5th tab, "Settings."
- The free version is for public use, while the Classic, Premium, or Business versions offer the "Private Mode" functionality.
- Rest assured: if your subscription ends, your private items remain private.
- Public Mode:
- To share your collection, simply share the link to your profile, your collection, or your item.
- Keep in mind that public items can be found on CollecOnline and through search engines.
- Relation Mode:
- Access the "Relation" section to share your collection with trusted individuals.
- Invite your acquaintances to join CollecOnline and also follow other users with similar interests.
- Private Mode:
- Opt for private mode if you want total discretion.
- Ensure you are logged into your account to access your collection in private mode.
2.Advanced Sharing Features
- QR Code: Print a QR Code for your items or collections. To do this, go to an item or collection and click on the "Share" button.
- Social Networks: Use the "Share" button to quickly access sharing options on social media.
- VIP Access: Generate a temporary link to share a private item. This option is ideal for temporary exhibitions.

- Storage Location: Be assured that your data is securely stored on Microsoft's Azure cloud, featuring geo-redundancy and regular backups.
