Conjoined busts of Their Majesties facing to right, capped of a crown with a suspension loop. The legend around with the date below.
In each corner, the national flower of each kingdom, on the left the English Rose, on the right the Scottish Thistle and below the Irish Shamrock.

Reverse:
in the center, Burgh of Govan's coat of arms with its Latin motto, topped with the imperial crown, and in each tip, the Scottish Thistle. Initials below the Coat of arms.
