The Triumvirs. Octavian (43 – 27 BC), denarius, CAESAR·III·VIR – R·P·C, bare head r., rev. curule chair inscribed [CAE]SAR·DIC·PER with wreath, legs decorated with eagles, wt. 3.71gms. (Crawford 497/2a; Sydenham 1322).
Very rare specimen, well centered, lustrous tones with golden hues. In this (and better) condition a difficult to acquire issue.
