An attractive little Gem minor which remains the condition-census top-pop example (population 1, none higher) as of this post. The 1889-H had a relatively low mintage of only 36,000 pieces, though since Guernsey was and is a small place, mintages did tend to be fairly low across the board. 

Note the old-fashioned "GUERNESEY" spelling with three E's instead of two.
