Louis XV gold Louis d'Or Mirliton 1724-P UNC Details (Saltwater Damage) NGC, Dijon mint, KM470.15, Gad-339 (R2). Large palms variety. Sharply struck, with no adjustment marks, and light porosity from sea water. Extremely rare. From the 1725 Le Chemeau shipwreck (with Parke-Bernet #561). Sold with old collector envelope detailing provenance.
