Médaille extraordinaire frappée, émise le 24-12-1899, en mémoire de l'ouverture de la Porte Sainte et de l'Année Sainte. Elle était distribuée aux pèlerins de passage à Rome.Il existe des variétés dans cette médaille qui dépendent de la taille des caractères.
Elle fut frappée en Bronze, Bronze doré et Argent.
