front - middle of the medal has a picture of Somdej Phra Mahitalathibet. Adulyadej Vikrom Phra Boromrajchanok wears royal robes Near the edge of the coin below is the message: "Somdej Phra Mahitalathibet Adulyadej Vikrom His Majesty the King"
On the reverse – in the middle of the coin there is a picture of the royal rank insignia. There is a monogram "M" under Phra Maha Mongkut and Chakra, which is enshrined on a 2-tiered lotus-petaled gold pan, supported by a lion's feet and with a 5-tiered lotus-leaf tiered on both sides of the lion's feet.
