Translation: Catherine II by the Grace of God, Empress of Russia.

Reverse:
A tree on grassy ground. Denomination around with the name of the engraver.

Lettering:  I•C•REICH - RECH• PFE

Translation: Johan Christian Reich -  Token (Rechenpfennig).

Engraver: Johann Christian Reich (born c.1730 or 1740, and died in 1814, activity 1789-1800).

Smooth.

Comment:
Catherine is draped and veiled like Helen, mother of Emperor Constantine I, depicted on her death on Roman coins. This suggests that this token was issued after 1796, when the Empress died.
