United Kingdoms of Sweden and Norway (1814–1905)
Karl or Carl or Charles was King of Sweden (Charles XV) and King of Norway (Charles IV) from 1859 until his death.
However, Though being Charles IV of Norway ; contemporary Norwegian coins minted contain Charles XV on it.
The coat of arms (Crowned Lion) distinguished the Norwegian coins from their counterpart coins of Sweden. (so also the currency name was the other distinguishing feature)
