O/ Helmeted head of Roma right; ROMA downwards behind; X before.

R/ Spiral column with Aeolic capital, decorated with two bells at the top and two lions' foreparts at the base; togate statue holding staff in right hand standing on column; corn-ear behind each of the lions; togate figure holding loaves in both hands and placing left foot on modius on left; togate figure holding lituus in right hand on right; C A-VG above.
