Unfortunately, the Emperor on this coin has smallpox (variola vera?), but the chocolate color and really good details + head turned left made me add it to my collection, at least for a while.

Reverse: FELICITAS PVBLICA S C, Felicitas, draped, standing left, holding winged caduceus extended in right hand and cornucopiae in left
