Numerous coins of this type were minted in Saksony. However, there is no doubt that their youngest, dating from the turn of the 11th and 12th centuries, were mass-produced also in Poland. This coin represents CNP 634 according to the classification of M. Gumowski CNP. By authors of Inventar I s. 712, nr. 91-94 probably minted in Greater Poland province after 1080 year.
