An attractive Egyptian steatite scarab with a lion, 2nd Intermediate Period, ca. 1750 - 1570 B.C. With remnants of green glaze, the base depicting a crocodile above the back of a lion. 18 x 13.5 mm. A nice example, drilled lengthwise for suspension. Ex Orange County private collection
