Sometimes, with rare pieces, it's easier to forgive the not-so-good condition of the flan and its wear. This is exactly the case with this chunky AE Sestertius of one of the most famous Roman emperors and philosophers (in alphabetical order) - Marcus Aurelius. Very desirable and hard to get issue, minted after the 1st phase of the Marcomannic Wars. I've named it "Germania Capta" as a follow-up to the famous Flavians' type.
