Our platform offers a variety of features designed to simplify the management of your precious items. Whether it's about finding a specific item, printing a catalog, importing or exporting data, this guide will provide you with an overview to effectively master these tools.

1. Imprimer un Catalogue PDF
On CollecOnline, printing a PDF catalog is simplified with various access options:

From the left menu: Catalogs > Pdf.
- From a collection: Manage my collection > Generate a catalog.
- From an item: Action > Print the sheet.
- From a search result: Click on the "In my collections" button, initiate a search and click on the "Generate a catalog" button.
- When you access the catalog generation screen, four formats are offered to you. Once you have made your choice, simply click on the "Print PDF" button at the top right.
2. Excel & CSV Extraction
Exporting your data in Excel or CSV format is accessible from:

The left menu: Catalogs > Excel

The formats offered are CSV for free subscriptions and XLSX for classic and premium subscriptions.

A collection: Manage my collection > Generate an Excel file.
3. search engine
CollecOnline has a powerful search engine that allows you to:
- Quickly find a specific item in your collection (be sure to click on "In my collections").
- Perform a search across the entire CollecOnline database.
Access your items, those of your connections, and the public items of other members. Private items of other users remain inaccessible. Search criteria include text, categories, and characteristics.
4. Mass Import
