Made in August: Custom Characteristics and Watermarks

Dear Collectors,

As we kept working hard even during the sunny month August, we are pleased to announce the release of several new features on this beautiful day. 😊

Custom Watermarks

You probably discovered with our previous release the possibility to customize the watermark (copyright) on your images. You can now choose the text, its color and position on the picture of your object.

Some of you rightly pointed out to us that it could be very constraining to go over each of his images one by one to update this watermark, on which we can only agree. Thank you for your feedback.

Therefore, we have developed a solution that allows us to apply your personalized watermark to all your collectibles at once!

Custom Characteristics

As you probably know if you are a CollecOnline user, it is possible to choose the characteristics of your objects from a pre-defined list common to everyone (Material, Year, Rarity, ...). 

Thanks to your help on a daily basis over the past few years, we have been able to create over 13,000 characteristics translated into 6 languages! (French, English, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese).

But each collection thematic having its own particularities and each collector having his own expectations, we have developed a solution allowing you now to create your own feature lists!

This feature is available with CollecOnline Classic and Premium plans.

More Info for Your Objects

With this release you will also find on your object files 2 new fields that we have been asked for are now available for all your objects:

• Copies : field allowing you to indicate the number of copies produced of your object
• Mode of acquisition : always in a concern to improve the traceability of your valuables, you will now be able to indicate in your private information the mode of acquisition of your object (purchase, donation, legacy, gift ...)

We keep repeating ourselves but you are in the best position to make CollecOnline evolve! Don't be shy and come discuss with us about possible evolutions, usability improvements or any other subject that could improve your experience with us!
