My collection of US Civil War era graded fractional notes. I love these notes because of artistry that was put into them, and they are also quite affordable compared to other popular US notes.

This is the very first fractional made for public use in 1862, due to the government saving metal for the war effort.

15 cent, 4th issue PMG58
15 cent, 4th issue PMG58. Considered to be one of the most interesting of the fractional notes due to the odd 15 cent denomination.

50 cent, 4th issue PMG35
50 cent, 4th issue PMG35. This is considered the "key" to the series. This particular note was made with Plate #13, which is marked on the bill, directly about Lincoln's head.
