Comments:
A group of Licensed Victuallers (S. Salmon kept the 'Brown Bear', John Courtney the 'George' and Edward Frost the 'Ship') evidently experienced difficulty in getting Regal Copper coin and thus acted in conjunction to meet the occasion.
