Comments: A little sestertius gem is a slightly anomalous variation. The obverse is clearly group 2, with bound hair, but the reverse is a rare variation with tail slightly extended. Obverse style is of the "Dot" variety, described in numerous articles by Pierluigi Debernardi in his published works on the Orzivecchi hoard, NC 2014, pp.1-15, and the Piancastelli hoard, AIIN, 62 (2016), p. 31-46
