RIC and RCV place this after Carnuntum conference, QVIES indicating 2nd retirement;  however coins of Herculeus are rare after the end of 308 and essentially non-existent from western mints.  This issue more likely falls in the period after the beginning of Maximian's 2nd reign as Augustus in 307, and after the sudden weight reduction of the follis in the spring of 307 when Constantine still regarded Maximian as being officially retired, but before the alliance with Constantine in the Fall of 307 when both recognized each others imperium.  The absence of "S[enior]" from the obverse legend is an unexplained anomaly.
EF/AEF early die state, with some original silvering.

Collection : The Tetrarchy to the defeat of Maximinus 313 AD.
