Golden embroidered sabaib wearing a sash and a necklace of royal decorations Decorated with the Rattanaphon coin, King Rama IX, and Hong Phet, along the left edge of the coin has the message "Her Majesty Queen Sirikit" on the right side says "Queen".

In the middle of the coin has the monogram "Sok" crossed under Phra Sattapatola Svetchat. Below is a price statement. Along the edge of the coin above, it says "Maha auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King's 5th Cycle Cycle Birthday Anniversary". Below is the message "12 August 1992, Thailand" with a floral pattern in between the messages.
