Since 1999, this little known locality started producing some superb "Japan-Law" twinned Quartz specimens. This mine is near Pampa Blanca but good Quartz crystals are typically not very common in the area.

This piece is a lovely small cabinet display specimen featuring a predominant, sharp, well-formed, gemmy, colorless "Japan-Law" twin of Quartz with additional single Quartz crystals, free of matrix. The twin on this piece is distinctively different we can seen from the locality as it is more "narrow".
