Translation: Charles II by the Grace of God, King of Spain and the Indies.

Reverse:
Crowned eight-fold Spanish arms, date divided by crown at beginning/end of legend. Titles around.

Lettering: ARCH. AVS. DVX. BVRG.[ BRAB Z ]

Translation: Archduke of Austria, duke of Burgundy, Brabant etc..
