Comments:
While the legally assigned weight for the coin is 31.2 grams with variation between 30.8 and 31.6 grams, this only holds for proof coins. The Mint of Finland has confirmed that this is likely because both BU and proof coins were made with same planchets, with proof coins receiving one additional acid treatment. Due to this BU coins are slightly heavier, appearing to average at about 32.15 grams.
