Obverse: FL[avius] IVL[ivs] CONSTANTIVS PERP[etvvs] AVG[vstvs]; rosette-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Constantius II right, seen from the front;
Reverse: VICTORIA AVGVSTORVM; Winged Victory seated right on cuirass and shield, holding shield with left hand while inscribing vows (VOT XV MVLT XX) with right hand; at her feet right, a small winged genius, standing left, head looking upwards, supporting inscribed shield with both hands.
