La Grande-Grèce ou Grande Grèce (en grec ancien ἡ Mεγάλη Ἑλλάς / hê megálê Hellás, en latin Magna Græcia) est le nom que les Grecs de l'Antiquité utilisaient pour désigner les côtes méridionales de la péninsule italienne (Campanie, Calabre, Basilicate, Pouilles).

La Sicile n'est pas toujours considérée comme faisant partie de la Grande-Grèce. Certaines colonies grecques dans d'autres régions italiennes n'ont jamais fait partie de la Grande Grèce.
