On the front – in the middle of the coin is a portrait of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn. King Chulalongkorn wearing his usual clothes and a portrait of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej He wore his usual Chakri uniform. turn his face to the left Along the bottom edge of the coin are inscriptions "Rama V" and "Rama IX".
On the reverse side – the middle of the coin has the mark of the State Railway of Thailand. The left side has the number “20”, the right side has the word “Baht” next to the edge of the coin, the upper part has the text “100 years of the State Railway of Thailand”, the bottom has the message “26 March 1997 Thailand”.
