details :
Front – in the middle of the coin, there is a portrait of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, straight face, wearing normal white uniform, Army Field Marshal. Along the edge of the coin above, it says "His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Rama IX"
On the reverse side - in the middle of the coin there is a picture of the Victory Monument. On the right side there is a sign of the Veterans Administration. Inside the circle frame, there is a message around it saying “50th Anniversary Commemorative Veterans Day 3 February 1998” “Thailand 20 baht” with a floral pattern between the two texts. Along the edge of the coin, there is a hexagonal border.
